Supervision of psychologists
To whom is the supervision service addressed?
Supervision is a service for young psychologists, who are taking the first steps in their professional career and are looking for a clinical supervisor with many years of clinical experience.
The supervisor supervises and accompanies the work of the new professional with the aim of improving his clinical skills and therefore the services provided to the maximum. This process is governed by complete confidentiality and aims to develop the new professional in a safe environment.
This service is provided online or in person and at an individual or group level. Finally, the frequency is set in consultation with the supervisee according to needs (e.g. weekly/monthly etc.)
Indicative topics of supervision:
- Analysis and discussion of difficult cases
- Ethical and ethical dilemmas / adherence to the code of ethics
- Highlighting the personal skills and abilities of the psychologist
- Formulation and monitoring of treatment plan
- Enrichment of CBT & ACT techniques
