Who is parenting counseling for?
For all parents who need guidance in their parenting role. This service focuses exclusively on sessions with both parents of the minor. These sessions cover a variety of everyday issues that may concern the family. The following are listed as examples:
- Boundaries and healthy communication
- Behavioral management of children with Autism, ADHD, Mental Retardation, Learning Difficulties, etc.
- Stress management
- Coping with changes in the family system (bereavement and loss in the family, divorce, illness of a parent, etc.)
- Strengthening social and communication skills
- Managing conflict and jealousy between siblings
- Preparing for the arrival of a new child
- Anger and aggression management
- Dealing with phobias
- Separation anxiety and school refusal
